

Diane Hargrove-Roberson, MSW - Job Coach
Diane Hargrove-Roberson is a retired Public Health Professional and Social Worker with over 40 years of work experience with the State of Louisiana and non-profit organizations. She has worked as a program manager and administrator, in areas including emergency preparedness planning, the prevention and elimination of tobacco use, helping families work toward self-sufficiency and working to control and prevent chronic illnesses and chronic diseases. Her particular interest focuses on the elimination of heath disparities among Black and Brown populations, with a philosophy of client empowerment as her guiding principle. As a long time community and state advocate, she fights for improving the health and wellness of families and communities. Diane serves and has served on many committees, boards, and task forces at the community, city, state, regional and national levels.

Vendetta Ross - Transition Instructor
Vendetta Ross is a New Orleans native, a mother of two beautiful daughters and they oldest of 15. Vendetta discovered her passion for teaching at the young age of 17, while working with toddlers in a Montessori education setting, then migrated to assisting in Special Needs Education, transitioning students from a Special Needs classroom setting to a General Population/Co-Ed classroom setting, and from there she advanced her teaching skills to teaching adults in Healthcare Careers. Vendetta genuinely has a Passion for teaching, or as she often says; "I love investing in the successful future of others". Vendetta is a Registered Medical Assistant /Instructor of 26 years, and a CPR/First Aid Instructor of 17 years.

Tina Thomas-Administrative Support Coordinator
Tina Thomas has over 20 years of expertise in providing personalized and timely support to Executives and their senior-level direct reports. She is known for building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to serve as a link between the Executive and the rest of the staff, contributing to better organization and planning. Her education includes a BA in Psychology from Thomas Edison State University and an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Baton Rouge College.
Tina’s professional experiences encompass almost 7 years of as an Executive Assistant with a particular concentration on Operations and Human Resources for a company with an annual revenue of over $16B, 2 years of direct Human Resources and Recruiting for a small staffing firm, close to 6 years in personal injury law as a Certified Paralegal and Accounting Assistant for high-profile attorneys, and over 10 years of Customer Service. A portion of the latter includes the role of Customer Relations Manager for a business whose annual revenue is over $6M.
