Take the Lead NOLA is a non-profit organization and state approved Community Rehabilitation Provider (CRP) and vendor for Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS). We offer Pre-Employment Transition Services and Time Limited Job Coaching to individuals with disabilities between the ages of 16-22.
We offer community and vocational rehabilitation programs for high-risk youth such as homeless youth and youth who are in foster care, group homes or juvenile justice facilities including:
